The Stars

About Me

I am a theoretical astrophysicist and a PhD student at University of New South Wales in Canberra under the supervision of Dr. Ashley Ruiter.

I work on helium-rich stars made in binaries using the stellar evolution code MESA, and I am studying the evolutionary scenarios of Type Ia supernovae that occur in binary systems.

I have done my Master’s degree at Bishop’s University under the supervision of Dr. Lorne Nelson, and studied the formation and evolution of hot subdwarf stars. You can download my full thesis here
